Currently we’re looking for German speaker with IT Experience & communication skills. Our client, a global B.P.O provider is looking for candidate in BRNO. To find out for more information: Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and customer service to customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries • Log calls from customers onto Contact Management System and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues. • Achieve call centre metrics including customer satisfaction, average handle time and customer availability as well as schedule adherence and accuracy • Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer, adjust approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and show empathy for the customers at all times • Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs. • Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners.
Requirements: • HS Diploma or equivalent • Excellent Customer Service skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Passion for customer care • Willingness to work in a contact centre environment • Written and verbal fluency in the support language • English language on sufficient level to understand all training materials in English in both written and verbal format • Organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals • Analytical skills, ability to identify solutions • A high level of computer literacy including experience with various telecommunication devices, operation systems, software applications and other tools • Knowledge of hardware principles and appreciation of the IT environment Benefit: Lunch vouchers – one lunch voucher for each working day (value of voucher is 80 CZK, company covers 55% of the cost) - Accommodation support – first two weeks of accommodation are paid by the company (either a hotel or company apartment) - *Relocation support: travel expense reimbursement up to the amount of 350 EUR Email: kayesa(at)mgirecruitment.com
