Nordic Specialist job for an IT multinational What is the role? As a Nordic Customer Care Specialist you will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Nordic customer support agents are committed to providing support options, enrollment assistance, and resolution to our Nordic customer’s issues with all contractual support options the company provides. Responsibilities: • Assist your peers worldwide by fielding questions about the products and other related support agreements. • Process customer contract maintenance requests received via fax or email from regions worldwide. • Resolve complex agreement issues via phone and chat. • Document / log support exceptions and issue resolution on a case-by-case basis using CRM tool. • Contact Nordic customers via phone or email in order to research and assist with agreement issues. • Work with resellers and service providers to ensure total resolution for the customers. • Be responsible for monitoring CRM work list daily. • Maintain minimum team production requirements set by management. • Track and report system issues that could affect customer satisfaction or Department production. Who are we looking for? We are actually looking for native Nordic speakers who have also a good level of English. The Nordic Customer Care Specialist provides support for customers and requires good communication skills in. (Written and spoken). If you have already worked with Nordic customers before in a customer service/ support environment, or equivalent experience (1-2 years of experience) you will enjoy this position.
