Job Description: As a CR Advisor you will be responsible for customer recovery and retention via inbound phone calls. Phone calls will focus on complex customer service and support issues. The successful candidate will be able to work under aggressive time commitments and will be responsible for communicating official positioning on company issues. The CR Advisor develops creative solutions to complex customer problems. Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and suggests improvement strategies. Empowered to use judgment when balancing company and customer needs. Advisors generally perform one of the tasks noted above but can be asked to support other tasks as needed. Be a customer focused person who is self-motivated, friendly and has a passion to solve customer issues in an efficient and effective manner. Be responsible for providing support options, total resolution, and appeasement solutions to our Client customers. Critical skills include: • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in two Nordic languages and English • A passion for customer service, strong technical aptitude, resourcefulness and flexibility. • Advanced judgment, negotiation and problem solving skills. • Superior interpersonal skills. Outstanding follow through and organizational ability. May require working non-standard business hours including weekends.
