DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage local personnel issues such as: * Working with employment agencies on recruitment; * New joiner and leavers process; * Maintain and update leave and absence administration; * Coordinate with global HR Director in HR initiatives for Romania Office. * Manage office premises such as: * Facility maintenance; * Stationery supply; * Oversee office administration cost and etc. * Provide administrative support to project teams and coordinate project schedule; * Coordinate in sales and marketing functions.
REQUIREMENTS * Degree/ Diploma; * Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained, preferably in professional services firms; * Proactive attitude and able to work with teams; * Excellent communication skills.
