ROLE * The Operational Manager’s main responsibility is to develop professional and mutually supportive relationship with client; * For this, s/ he monitors policies and record keeping practices to ensure that the activities are operated in conformance with contractual requirements; * S/H e is the leader of the auditor and trainer team, which may include suppliers and subcontractors, to achieve performance and profitability parameters . TASKS, ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Manages and Control s the contracts and monitor the service quality according to the contract condition and accepted standards; * Takes action for the development and succession of the operational team members; * Communicates to the client and other parties about service quality and get corrective action if there is any customer complaints; * Controls the documents, expenses, holidays and supplier invoices; * Gets action for timely invoicing and collection; * Implements the Company Quality system for certification and training activities; * Periodically monitors the activities and team members and gets preventive actions against the possible risks; * Develop s a working system , prepare business plan and provides tools and trainings to the team members; * Implements effective communication with the personnel; * Makes auditors and trainers contribute to the KM and best practices sharing; * Ensure scheduling of audits and trainings in an optimized way to ensure cost control and meet utilization targets; * Plan certification and training activities in accordance with accreditation rules; * Works closely with the CER Sales & Marketing Manager and supports him/ her to develop marketing strategies for the activity, in preparation of the technical and commercial offer s, to take necessary management action to achieve the given targets for sales and profit; * Works closely with the CER Manager and supports him/ her to develop, define and communicate certification and training activities objectives and strategies for the market segment for the activity, to contribute the rapid growth of objective of the company through development and win of major contracts for the key industrial customer addition to the small and medium size contracts, * To contribute to the implementation of the new business models.
CANDIDATE PROFILE * Male/ Female; * University Degree in engineering or business administration; * Military Service completed for male candidates; * No obstacle to the intensive traveling; * Driving License; * Knowledge of word, excel, power point; * Minimum 10 years job experience; * Age: min 35. TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS * Industrial experience on relevant area; * Minimum 10 years job experience .
