Our client, Romanian tour operator is looking for Key Account Product Manager. You will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: • Proposal of new product development initiatives offering commercially viable trips, which enhance the current product offering, adding value to the customer and business. • Create competitive advantage through sustainable product differentiation and innovation across the trip portfolio. • Monitor the product performance against competitors and the market recommending appropriate actions for improvement. • Work with the operations executives and administrators to ensure that customers receive the highest levels of quality and service throughout their trip, taking corrective action


Ability to manage significant workload efficiently, determining key priorities and act on own initiative with a strong attention to detail. • Proactive in developing and implementing the product strategy. • Ambassador for the product across the business, commanding respect through product knowledge • Strong commercial acumen, target driven with focus on financial performance. • At least 3 years experience on a similar position. • Experience within Bulgaria, Turkey, Spain and Greece • Able to build relationships with other key departmental managers
