Criteriile generale sunt urmatoarele: - Primavera planning software knowledge and experience - technical university education - min. 5 years of experience preferably within oil & gas - excellent English skills Functional Responsibilities: Reference is made to Project Management Module in PEM. The Planning Engineer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Scope Management (Schedule) - Establish WBS structure in SAP and Primavera in accordance with Subsea procedure for project coding - Change Management - Assist in change analysis, if necessary - Assist in coordinating all work packages and overall network analysis. Time management - Establish and maintain plans on all forms and all levels necessary, according to Project and Basis requirements - Assist in collecting progress information for all schedules (or a single work package schedule) and reports as required - Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, and testing activities; assist in highlighting irregularities and propose corrective actions - Establish recovery plans, if and when necessary - Actively participate in planning and prioritizing of WP execution at all stages - When required give detailed plans for special areas in the different Product’s Communication Management - Assist with the preparation and issue of weekly and/or monthly reports. Quality Management - Follow PEM principles for execution and prepare relevant schedule input for PEM reviews to Project Management
Minimum Required Qualifications: 5 years experience within project planning. Multiple product group experience preferable SAP and preferably Primavera experience; experience from other planning tools also valuable. Positive attitude, good team-worker. Structured, analytic, proactive and good communication skills. Essential Functions: The Planning Engineer’s main function is to monitor the execution of the work and report progress. Any major deviation to the planned progress shall be highlighted to the Planning Lead and/or the work package manager (stand-alone product projects) Key Performance Standard: Develops and maintains high quality schedules that clearly visualize the critical path. Enables early identification of potential progress risks and good control of risk mitigation. Performs clear and accurate progress cut off reporting to management and clients.
