Position: Producer (no minimum years of experience has been set up. Candidates with good knowledge will be eligible) Language Required: : A fluent speaker of French and/or German would be a big plus Job Description: As a Producer, you will need to use your passion, charismatic leadership, and project management skills to manage and coordinate the efforts of your Game Masters, Community Managers and Customer Support team. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the game developer on a daily basis and providing the best service possible to the players of our massively-multiplayer online games Salary: The salary will be €35K- 50K DOE. Requirements: • Gaming industry experience in a similar role is a must • Experience in a Producer/Project Management role for client based MMORPG’s is preferable • Must have experience in liaising with third party developers • Previous track record in launching MMO titles is preferable • Proficient user of new online media applications such as; blogs, SNS and other social media applications • Experience in or exposure to the online marketing / advertising of client based games would be a distinct advantage • Industry experience with the “free to play” business model would be a strong advantage • Must have strong analytical skills to identify KPIs • Should be able to take data driven actions and decisions • Must be tech-savvy and have an understanding of Games Development • Must have a proven track record in managing a multi-cultural team that includes Game Masters, Localization, Community Managers and Customer Support • Excellent written and oral communication skills • A fluent speaker of French and/or German would be a big plus • Must be very organized with the ability to plan and prioritize • Should be able to think logically to solve problems
