We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic fluent Russian speaking candidate to join a very dynamic and motivated team in a great company located in Czech Republic. What is the role? Responsibilities: - Provide customer service and technical support to customers on smart phones, tablets and other telecommunication devices, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries, log calls from customers onto contact management system and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues. - Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer, adjust approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and show empathy for the customers at all times - Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners Who is our client? The company has been present in Europe since year 2004. Currently over 1 800 employees are working in Brno, Prague (Czech Republic) delivering services for 100 clients in finance & accounting, sourcing & procurement, insurance support, sales & fulfillment, IT and customer service. The rapid growth of the company has opened up several opportunities for Russian speaking customer service representatives in Brno (Czech Republic). The employees come from 33 countries and 24 languages are spoken.
Who are we looking for? We are actually looking for a near-native Russian speaker who has also a good level of English. If you have strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian, good analytical skills, Organizational and multitasking skills this job is for you. Furthermore, your willingness to work in a contact center environment including working in multiple shifts will benefit you. EU work permit needed.
