Descrierea jobului

• Deliver exceptional pre and post sales customer service around Client’s product lines. • Interact with Client Online Store customers through multiple channels simultaneously as part of a customer-facing role. • Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique relationship managed experience • Have a firm grasp on the Client ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms. • Understand and convey the positivity of Client’s corporate values to our customers.

Cerinte

• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills • Skilled at managing and maintaining relationships • Good at translating ‘techno-speak’ in to “layman's” terms • Proven demonstration skills • Proficient computer & keyboard skills • “Gets” technology and ideally have hands-on knowledge of Apple products, applications and services • Exhibit composure under pressure • Fluency in the following: English and Russian
