Managing the relation with our clients through various HR Projects such as recruitment and selection, trainings,team-buildings, assessment centers, organizational diagnosis etc.; Evaluation and assessment of candidates according to the profile specifications; Provide feedback to the candidates following the interviews and assessment centers; Maintain and update the candidate data bases and all the projects; Participates in Recruitment Events; Developing training materials and delivering training programs
University degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Psychology; 2 - 3 years experience in a HR department with similar responsibilities in various companies; Proficiency in English; Proficiency in MS Office; Drivers License (cat. B).
