• Create and perform sales orders in the system; • Issue the invoices and the necessary documents for sales; • Prepare various sales reports; • Monitor the sales order status (back orders, on time deliveries and accuracies etc.); • Follow up the lead times, production schedules and deliveries for sales orders; • Contact with clients from Germany, Switzerland and France; • Ensure transport organization for the products of the company; • Offers support for the management when necessary.
• German and English language skills at an advanced level; • University Education; • Computer skills; • Experience in logistics and ERP systems is an advantage; • Organized person; • Strong communication skills.
