• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible customer service for potential and existing client base. • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales and scheduling calls both: 1. Cold calling on the telephone and face to face 2. Planned appointments with existing clients • Prepares cost estimates consulting with engineers, MD, and other technical personnel. • Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in a customer facing environment; proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services. • Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. • Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff MD and Procurement Manager. •Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training where applicable. • Complies with federal government and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions. • Must maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Must have strong technical skills in relation to ‘hand held tools’ and machinery products.


• Must have clear communication and persuasion skills in order to establish and foster long-term customer relationships. • Able to communicate technical product development needs to our team and engineering staff. • Must be able to speak fluent English • A proven ability to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Minimum of three years’ experience in industrial handheld tools and equipment • A degree in mechanical engineering or HND in Mechanical engineering or equivalent • African experience will be an advantage but not essential Computer Skills • Knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
