The creation of an independent sales structure in Cluj through the recruitment and development of Unit Managers and Agents. Recruitment: • Recruitment of Unit Manager's and Agents utilizing all recruitment sources. • Implementation of the best practices selection process. Monitoring and control • Ensure that all weekly and daily activity reports are accurately completed and submitted on time. • Ensure that sales and recruitment activities are undertaken at the required level. • Ensure that all sales and recruitment targets are achieved. • In the event of any person not achieving the required standards, recommendation must be made for appropriate action. Training. • To establish remedial training requirements, organization of appropriate training courses and delivery of appropriate training as required. • To conduct weekly training meetings, to ensure that appropriate training is being delivered. Quality • To ensure that all sales are conducted to the highest quality standards. • To manage the portfolio to ensure the highest persistency levels.
