Responsibilities: • Achieve set sales targets; • Taking initiatives to improve the firewood commercialization and sales strategy; • Creating relations and business development with existing clients o Acquisition of new clients o Analyse the needs of clients o Assist in dealing with customer complaints and resolving them successfully o Maintain active customer base and build new relationships o Provide after-sales service • Monitoring activity of competition; • Monthly reporting;


Requirements: Studies: University degree Knowledge: • Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment (>3 years ) • Solid understanding of the forest products • Proficient with MS Office • English /German – advanced level • Driving license, B category Competencies: • Driven, disciplined and focused. • Friendly, outgoing personality. • Familiarity with forestry products is necessary. • Ability to effectively communicate with others. Percent Travel Required: 90%
