EBC Interim recruits for one of his clients a Senior HR Payroll for a full time job. Human Resources duties : Date entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits deductions, garnishments, etc.( including employees ledger REVISAL ) Gross to net calculation, audit and balancing. Research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, and liaison with service providers. Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity. Document workflow and work procedures. Main Responsibilities: Maintains payroll-related accounts and is responsible for the reconciliation and accuracy of one or more accounts within a complex accounting system Client payroll data is maintained accurately and kept up to date, based on client instructions together with any additional information or explanations we consider necessary to obtain from the client Prepares various accounting papers, schedules, exhibits, and summaries. Document workflow and work procedures. Cross-trains designated back-up to administer and process time and attendance and payroll. Researches and advises payroll staff concerning the accounting treatment of complex transactions. May perform periodic internal audits of various payroll areas and prepare materials for external or internal auditors. Salary taxes, including quarter and year-end reconciliations. Ensuring that the service, its process, and staff are kept up to date and are developed in line with any changes in legislation, technology and client needs Changes in legislation, regulations or best practice are identified, assessed and where necessary implemented quickly and efficiently Payroll processes and procedures are regularly reviewed to identify any areas where changes could be made for the benefit of us and our clients Project Support Support project manager including, preparation of documents, and follow-up on timelines and deliverables. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items. Promotion of the service to new / potential clients and handling new client instructions New enquiries are handled courteously and promptly and are followed up to Conclusion Promotional information and literature is kept up to date New client application are handled promptly and efficiently
Ideal candidate Generally requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2 to 4 years of related experience The security and confidentiality of client information is maintained at all times Client communications (both to individual clients and to all) are prepared with the aim of raising awareness and knowledge of key payroll issues Able to communicate clearly and effectively in all forms of written correspondence Able to deliver high levels of accuracy, eye for detail and care in performance of work Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Recognise individual responsibility to contribute to the performance and success of the team. Excellent knowledge of the English language is a must Salary - 2500 RON and the possibility of working and growing in a strong financial group.
