Job Description : The Sr. Voice Support Engineer will form the core of our Voice support team, supporting both IP- based voice systems and call centre applications. Successful candidates will be expected to manage and support a global IP-based voice system and a constantly-evolving call centre platform. Experience • 4 or more years supporting Avaya voice systems and Call centre solutions (Avaya Aura platform) Education Candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Required Skills: • Strong working knowledge of Avaya voice switching platform (CM, etc.) and/or strong experience with Avaya Aura call centre systems (IVRS flow design/customization, CCMS, AACC, WFO). • Ability to work with minimal supervision and commit to the agreed deliverables and schedules once targets and goals have been assigned • Ability to utilize new tools and technologies in a rapidly changing environment • Excellent communication skills and willing to learn non-technical business and industry knowledge • Good knowledge of windows server platform and general networking concepts • Good English, in speaking, reading and writing – must be able to communicate in English and be willing to improve • Must be from Thailand
