You will answer questions, in the language which they are applying for and also in English, via phone and e-mail, regarding: Answering queries with regard to Corporate Accounts; Raising Service Requests and allocating these to 2nd line (another department); Tracing payments / transfers; Cancelling payments / transfers; List of movements; Documentation; Corporate Account Opening queries; The CSR will liaise with national and international RBS branches.


Do you have the following skills? o Excellent communication, in Danish and within English both spoken and written; o Customer focused; o Stress resilient; o Responsible; o Good MS Office skills; o Preferably a higher level of education; o Experience in Baking, Insurance or Business Administration would be a plus
