The store manager • Monitors the stores’ expenditures; • Assists the optimization of the stores’ expenditures; • Makes donations; • When necessary suggests changes in the number of the stores’ staff to the approval of Country Manager; • Observes if the staff shares the company’s values; • Dismisses and appoints the employees reporting directly to him/her after discussing this with Country Manager; • Organizes the recruitment and selection of the staff for the store with the approval of the Country Manager; • Provides performance appraisal to his/her employees; • When necessary he/she suggests rewards or disciplinary actions to Country Manager; • Looks for and suggests new ways to increase the motivation of the shop staff – when necessary, he/she suggests payment changes, he/she suggests staff training; • Suggests when Country Manager should interfere in solving personal and organizational problem in the store;
Requirements: • Higher education; • English – independent use (B1/2 level) of the language for understanding, speaking and writing • Computer literacy: MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel; • Experience in managing people and teams for at least 1 year; • Perfect knowledge of the working processes in the stores.
