JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION : As part of the service center team, the Project Management Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the functional support of 1stand 2nd level incidents or requests concerning the suite of project management applications: analysis, diagnostics, and resolution or routing to 3rdlevel support. He must have a good knowledge of the project environment in order to promote the proper usage in the project management applications. He also has to be capable of diagnosing problems related to the connectivity of these applications. VERY IMPORTANT: Evening shift: 14:00-23:00. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Help the users and other I.T. colleagues to resolve 1st and 2nd level incidents or requests related to the suite of project management applications; - Analyze, diagnose, resolve the incidents / requests; - Document the interventions on the incidents / requests in the incidents management database; - Administrative management of the Project Management application accounts: access, security; - Provide project management support; - Follow-up and ensure quality control with the users and the I.T. Team; - Work in close collaboration with the specialists of the various application modules; - React quickly to urgent matters and able to work under pressure.
Education: - University Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Information Technology; - 2-4 years of relevant experience in client service or technical service for a management information system; - Relevant experience in document control, document management; engineering or project management will be an important asset. Technical skills: - Knowledge of Windows 2000, XP and 2007 Operating systems; - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 2007; - Primavera knowledge an asset; - SharePoint knowledge an asset; - Basic knowledge in telecommunications, Metaframe XP environment. General skills: - Strong customer focus; - Good analytical and organizational skills; - Team player; - Shows initiative; - Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing; - French an asset; - Able to properly convey knowledge; - Good management of priorities.
