Our client is a recognized leader in business process outsourcing (BPO). Tasks: Motivates and persuades others to common goals. Responsible for achieving team SLA’s (Service Level Agreement); Understand and capture customer baseline data around SLAs and operational metrics transition; Daily Reporting for Productivity; Daily work allocation; Coordinating team schedule and leave planning; Adherence to break timings by their teams; Conduct one on ones on monthly basis, quarterly, midyear and yearly appraisals; Develop and maintain Incentive program for Team members.
The ideal candidate: People skills; Communication & Influencing skills; Adherence to Company values; Coaching skills; Conflict resolution and problem solving; Delegation / follow up; Accurate, methodical with detail orientation Customer centricity; Prioritizing & organizing skills; Effective time management; Presentation skills; Proficiency in GERMAN; English language is a must; Proficiency in MS office applications. +2 years experience as Team Leader;
