The Client: Is an American multinational corporation sells consumer electronics software, and personal computers. The company's best-known hardware products are the Macintosh of computers, and Smartphone’s The role: Technical IT Support Advisor (German) - Provide technical support to smart phone - To provide basic to moderately complex support on products, systems, peripherals and software - Logging of calls from customers and following escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues. - To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers - All times, the agent will demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer - To provide feedback on a daily basis to the Team Manager - Troubleshoot simple to complex technical issues with customers with a positive and knowledgeable approach - Analyze information then drive it to resolution

Cerinte
