-Excellent communication and negociating skills; -Punctuality and ability to multi-task; -Excellent typing and computer skills (MS Office equired); -Prior experience in a call-center environment preferred; -Self-motivated and a team player; -Experience in telephone selling process is a plus; -Fluency in English is a must. Based on project specifications main responsibilities will include: - Handle outgoing calls (Telesales/Telemarketing) and selling products/services/meetings on the phone; - Handle emails or faxes for specific telesales activity; - Document interactions accurately in CRM system or other customer systems.
