Turkish - Technical Support Engineer (Networking project) - Netherlands Client: Our Client is a European Contact Center specialized in outsourced CRM-services to leading technology companies. One of the first multilingual contact centers specializing in the technology industry successfully providing customer cares services in 21 European languages, including 8 East European languages. Cerinte

Candidate profile: • Proven technical skills (A+ certificate preferably) • Basic networking knowledge (networking protocols, networking hardware) • Knowledge of back up technology is advantageous • Good knowledge of operating systems (knowledge of Mac is advantageous) • Good listening skills • Good analytical and problem solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proven customer service skills • Near native command of Turkish (both verbal and in writing)
