It provides support to companies that would like to outsource their technical helpdesk or customer service function. The Company’s service portfolio varies from marketing & sales support, logistics and fulfillment to technical helpdesk support and customer service. The job is based in Boxtel, Netherlands. Your profile: •Near native level of Turkish •Good level of English •Proven technical skills (A+ certificate preferably) •Basic networking knowledge (networking protocols, networking hardware) •Knowledge of back up technology is advantageous •Good knowledge of operating systems (knowledge of Mac is advantageous) •Good analytical and problem solving skills •Good written and verbal communication skills •Proven customer service skills
