What is the role? As a Turkish Customer Service Representative you will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Acts as first point of contact for any, Partners/Reseller or Employees in Turkey • You will be required to take inbound calls in Turkish but also in English depending on business need. • Provides support to customers via the Telephone, Email and Chat • Supports the customer in the following areas: Ordering products, Employee support, Partner Help, Technical Support and Pre-sales. • Redirects the caller to the appropriate department. • Solves customers problems and make Turkish customers aware of products and educate the Turkish customer to become more self sufficient. • Takes ownership until customer’s problem is fully resolved. • Flexible to assist in other teams across the business depending on business need. Who are we looking for? We are actually looking for near-native Turkish speakers who have also a good level of English. The Turkish Customer Service Representative requires good communication skills in Turkish. (Written and spoken). If you have already worked with Turkish customers before in a customer service/ support environment, or equivalent experience (6 - 12 months of experience) you will enjoy this position.
