Customer relationship management related to commercial/ sales matters Initiate program management plan activity upon receipt of customer RFQ and oversee new projects through review processes. Cooperates with other department inside of the company on project introduction and follow the company’s PDP (Project Development Process) procedure. Handles all ongoing programs and newly developed projects related to assigned automotive accounts. Seek and share knowledge of emerging opportunities with new customers Prepare and submit customer quotations for new programs and for changes/updates to existing programs Communicate customer expectations to the appropriate audience within the company (New payment terms, terms and conditions, …. Work closely with engineering to ensure that projects are in line with clients’ expectations as well as the company’s policies. Pursues customer satisfaction by on time delivery, good service and quick response. Guides team members in developing quotation strategy for new project. Insures accomplishment of the sales revenue target and get 100% payment on time. Monitor the competitions’ position (product offering, global presence, pricing level) Analyzes on annual price reduction required by OEM and conducts annual price negotiation.
University degree in Engineering, Master Degree Preferred At least 5 years working experience as account manager/sales representative/sales engineer in automotive industry. Analytical ability Strong knowledge in Thermal/ HVAC products related to the automotive sector Flexible for multiple assignments/projects management Willingness to travel more than 50% of your time Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others Communication and customer interaction skills Ability to build up a strong relationship with customers, strong knowledge in project management Passionate for winning, competing with others, proactive and acute sense of customer needs.
