Description: This role is for indexing and assigning keywords to all scanned documents and to input all the data into the main archive system ("Easy Archive"). Responsibilities: * Process all scanned documents and receipts/vouchers in a professional and timely fashion; * Save all data into main archive system.
Requirements: * Commercial education/training; * Good written and English skills; * Proficiency in MS Office applications; * Previous experience in document management systems will be taken as an asset; * Should be able to be a back-up of the purchasing coordinator.
