Owner of the quoting process in case of customer change requests Prepares volume and price data, accurate input to internal sales processes: Volume Review Meeting (VRM), Customer Demand Planning (CDP) and SPOT (Sales and opportunity planning) review Coordinates / makes follow up for prototype shipment for assigned OEM's and quotes. Responsible for monitoring schedules and invoicing project specifics (following the deadlines for reimbursement and R&D invoicing, making sure that all prior documents are signed and approved) Responsible for internal tracking tools: reimbursement status and forecast (QR tool), sample tool Responsible to maintain accurately the sales price in the internal systems. Point of contact for the customers and internal departments Point of contact for aftermarket products Responsible for keeping the procedures of Automotive Industry Standards, Continental quality manual and process descriptions. Minimum 2 years experience in Account management/ Customer Sales or other complementary responsibilities University degree in Economics / Production System is a plus MS Office knowledge; Advanced English language skills; German language skills is a plus; Project process knowledge; SAP usage knowledge;
