Keeps up to date the documents and the registers requested by the Romanian law for his/her area of responsibility Performs periodic archiving for his area of responsibility according to company's policy Maintains master data in SAP Prepares monthly closing by making reconciliations of the data related to Plant Brasov activity according to his responsibility area Prepares reports related to his/her area of responsibility Closely monitors monthly running costs and proposes improvement changes Active role in annual inventory of fixed assets, spare parts, inventories, accounts Check if the accounting documents related to Plant Brasov are according to Romanian law, internal procedures and solves the inconsistencies Proposes and implements improvements of the procedures and tools related to his/her area of responsibility Takes part to controls done by the state authorities ­Fiscal, local, customs. Support for Accounting internal audit, external audit with the service provider (e.g. KPMG) Support for other internal, external or corporate audits Provide coaching to other Accountants, junior to his / her function Act as mentor for the integration period of new colleagues: support the definition of Training Integration Plan, goals for integration and offer further support for a successful integration Provide training to the team colleagues on topics defined together with the Department Manager Perform trainings for other departments according to quality requirements / standards/ introduction day.


Qualifications University degree in economics; 3+ years in accounting; Romanian Standards Accounts; Advanced IFRS standards; Fiscal regulations; Continental GAAP; Advanced SAP knowledge; Advanced MS Office; Advanced English language skills.
