For our Development Department Pitesti, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Plan, arrange, prepare, track and following up of internal and external meetings, calls, inbox, distribution and tray Reception and supervision of internal and external guests, organization of events Managing Meeting rooms, as well as management and ordering of office supplies, training and technical literature; Checking incoming invoices and balance with activity reports Preparing and organizing orders of Development services, -Investments, training and office supplies in order portals (eg. ESS / MSS) and checking the invoices for these orders Organize and billing of business trips, conferences, events and external consulting services in accordance with the applicable standards Create and maintain documentation (for example, presentations) by default, execution of general correspondence Administrative tasks according to specifications, eg. access rights, employee information, employee interviews, target agreements, training plans, vacation plans, risk assessment, etc. Administrative supervision of inlets and outlets (eg. Ordering work equipment, filing and deletion of access rights) Tasks processing under formalized processes of assistance for other Development units (eg. Business Trip organization) An obvious use of MS Office and process affinity and know-how Proof verbal and written communication in Romanian , German and English


Technical know-how: 3-year vocational education and 3 to 5 years work experience OR equivalent education Type of activities: partly different tasks with multiple solutions incl.
