Administrative Assistant is a full-time, Austin-based and customer-facing position where your primary responsibilities include professional communication with customers via phone and email to schedule customer success phone calls between Executives and Account Managers, and the CEOs, and GMs of our largest and most valuable customers across the globe. The Administrative Assistant work plan is generated and managed by you in Salesforce with access to creating Google calendar invitations and the procedure to secure those invitations. Success is very clearly measured by meetings scheduled on a weekly basis. This position is also based in Austin, Texas and is not remote. You must already live in the austin texas area.
Required experience and education - Minimum of three years of customer service, tele-marketing and/ or administrative assistant experience - Proficiency with Salesforce.com managing tasks, updating contact records, and viewing/building reports - Strong and polished written and verbal communications skills, commitment, and reliability - High degree of professionalism and high level of comfort interacting with top executives and customers - Flawless calendar scheduling and time management skills - International Travel Experience a Plus In addition, this role has the following non-technical requirements: - Outgoing and proactive nature. - Candidates must have the computer hardware and networking bandwidth to conduct a seamless video Skype conversation for team communication. Ongoing use of webcam for billing and Skype video are required. Pay: $18/per hour Location: Austin, Texas (Monday- Friday/Downtown Austin Office) This job requires 40 productive hours per week. Needs to overlap with US business hours
