Locatii: Coventry (in centrul UK, aproape de Birmingham) Colchester ( in estul UK, in comitatul Essex, 100 km de Londra) Durham (in nord estul UK, aproape de Milddlesbrough) Cornwall (sud-vestul UK) Peterborough (estul UK) Bedford (estul UK) BRAINS CONSULTING is one of the largest recruiting medical staff agency in the Romania holding contracts with UK partners for NHS trusts and private hospitals or care homes. We are now looking to recruit experienced nurses from Romania to bring to NHS hospitals all over the UK. We have now offers in hospitals available all over the UK, in areas such as: Coventry, Colchester, Durham, Cornwall, Peterborough and Bedford.
We are ideally looking for general nurses with their NMC PIN, however we can also take nurses (qualified in Romania) who have either applied for their NMC PIN, or haven’t yet applied. All candidates must have hospital experience, ideally 1 year or more. If candidates haven’t applied for their NMC or haven’t received it yet, they can still work with us but it will be as a HCA (Health Care Assistant) and the salary will be lower (beginning with £16,000 per annum) than a general nurse. When nurses receive their PIN number, they can then work as a General nurse and their salary will increase. Applicants must be trained as a nurse and have a minimum of B1 English level. They must also have a minimum of 1 year’ experience, within a hospital environment, either in their country or in the UK. You will be fully supported and assisted by us with your move to the UK. OFFER: Your will be contracted to 44 hours per week (4 long days or nights per week). In addition, you will be expected to work a portion of the bank holidays, the minimum requirement being 2 per year, including the possibility of the Christmas period, for which you will be paid an overtime rate. Your salary will be £20,000 per annum. After six months your salary will increase to £21,500. After 12 months your salary will increase to £23,000. This will be paid directly into your bank account on the last working day of each calendar month. In year 2, your salary will start with £23,000 per annum, will increase to £25,000 from month 18, and to £27,000 month 24. You will receive a retention (loyalty) bonus on completion of your contract. You will receive £1,500 on successfully completing 1 year contract, and a further £3,000 for completing 2 years’ service. After all candidates have been successful in the interview we will then ask them to give us a date they can enter the UK. We will take care about the candidates national insurance appointments and one day training. All candidates will have to pay for accommodation in London for 5 days when they first arrive in the UK (we will assist them with this) so they can attend their appointments and training. Accommodation will be paid by the candidate. They can rent a room in the hospital space (350 – 400 GBP/month) or in the city where is located the hospital. Transportation from Romania to UK is initially paid by the candidate, but will be deducted after 3 months. (from the 2 tickets free/year). Please note that you must be able to support the costs for the first month in UK (about 600 – 700 GBP).
