Analyze the Business Requirements from the Field Force delivery team or other service delivery organizations and translate them into Design Specifications that are understandable by the development team (s). Contribute to Field Force transformation by supporting and assisting Field Force team during 1st release and process implementation. This job will be located in the COO-PFO / Build and Field Force Practice organization which provide processes, tools and expertise to support the Field Force delivery and transformation in all regions. The tool to be supported will be mainly ATLAS. The candidate will act as a gateway between Field Force delivery teams and the development team. ATLAS is a Field Force Workflow Management System, providing a user friendly interface to FF stakeholders for creating and managing work orders in a systematic and controlled way, automatically dispatch purchase orders to and receive invoices back from Subcontractors. Key responsibilities: · Understand the voice of the Field Force delivery team and analyze the business requirements created by the user community and / or specified by the Process team. · Contribute to business requirement prioritization. Negotiate the added values with focusing on efficiency and quality. · Translate Field business requirements in detailed specification. · Contribute to interface feasibility studies and specification with other tools. · Ensure that development understands the requirements and make sure that development team gets answer to any question raised during solution specification and development as well. · Support new release implementation and Field Force deliverables · Identify impacts on master data shared with other tools. · Participate to the User Acceptance Test (UAT) · Support business users during the tool and process implementation

Cerinte

Qualifications · 3 years of experience in delivery service business (Field Force, Professional Services, SIOP…) · Knowledge of project/rollout management processes and tools (ATLAS; ...) · Ability to provide syntheses and to translate high level needs in details requirements · 5 years in the specification, development and validation of tools and integration, including 3 years in the context of Service Delivery or Corporate tools · Experience in the specification of tool interfaces · Experience of managing software development is an advantage · Good interpersonal, listening, conversational and communication oral and written skills · Driven by the results and added value for the business · Ability to work in a multicultural environment · Fluent in English, French and or Arabic appreciated
