• Ensuring cost & time effective travel arrangements for Territory Head & Budapest based Territory Team members to ensure savings under Territory Travel policy; • Review of archiving of files/information on regular basis; • Effective communication both with internal and external customers and to project highest business standards/level on behalf of Territory Team. Communication can be oral or written as per business requirement; • Project professional image at all times when dealing on behalf of Territory, and acting as liaison between customers and Territory Head; • To play a leading role in organizing and supporting major territory events; • Ensuring department logistics are up to date, independently liaising with internal/external customers to ensure team effectiveness; • Keep up to date with change in personnel, process and any other relevant information; • Liaising with relevant internal personnel to ensure timely responses; • Planning, coordinating and handling of all incoming/outgoing mails, requests, queries to Territory Head and ensuring that these are dealt with expeditiously and where required, monitoring responses. Forwarding to others where applicable, and chasing up on responses; • Effective planning and organization of Territory Head diary/schedule; • Sensitive when dealing with confidential information; • Any ad-hoc duties as required.
• University degree in economics or related; • English - advanced level; • 1 years work experience within a client-facing environment, e.g. reception/ secretary; • Good customer service skills; • Communication skills; • Computer skills (ability to use email, word, internet); • Proven organization skills ability to prioritize and multi-task.
