As a Commercial Assistant, your primary missions will be: - prospecting the market in order to develop the database with new suppliers; - maintaining business relationships of ongoing collaboration with existing and potential suppliers; - managing the database with existing suppliers; - collaborating with buyers and organizing his agenda; - assemble and verify information submitted by the buyer: supplier information, product listing and available quantities, images, catalogs; - checking product presentation files, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information; - collaborating with the Marketing department, based on the proposed purchasing orders.
To be successful in this mission, you will need: - excellent communication abilities in Spanish; - good communication and negotiations skills; - availability, precision, commitment to your work; - good organizing skills and a proactive attitude; - ability to adapt to new, unforeseen situations; - PC tools: Excel, Word, Internet.
