Crossover Vice President of Sales - $300K Do you currently call on F500 accounts selling enterprise software? Are you looking to launch a new product targeted towards revolutionizing F500 productivity? Job Description Reporting to the CEO - the Vice President of Sales will serve as a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for closing new corporate accounts, driving customer success and providing strategic leadership to establish Crossover as the premier talent provider. The Vice President of sales will play a critical role in driving revenue through contracts with F500 accounts. We are looking for a VP who brings with them experience and CxO-level contacts within F500. Our products require CxO-level approval - so the quality of your relationships is critically important to your success. Our compensation model is a very clear, full cash model – no ambiguous variable compensation. We’ve found over the years that the clarity of goals is significantly better than a stair-step comp model. Additionally, we operate in a 100% remote model so you are free to live anywhere you feel fit. Key Responsibilities * Leverage existing network of CxO-level contacts at F500 to close new business for Crossover * Drive customer success with closed accounts * Grow relationships and close new F500 accounts * Serve on the executive staff and drive the corporate sales strategy * Lead, grow, and build a high-performance team of driven sales leaders and professionals


Required experience and education * 5+ years experience in F500 enterprise software sales * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Proven history of outperforming sales targets This role may be a great fit if: * You are a self-motivated individual with the ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * You are able to foster and monetize your established network of CxO contacts in F500 companies * You have strong business and technical experience to enable customer success Total Compensation: $300,000/year Location: Global (remote) To qualify, please provide a resume/CV demonstrating the required experience and skills.
