Responsibilities: - Take over calls from customers; - Handle customers request and problems; - Validate INFORMATION regarding ordered services and/or products based on the script; - Perform problem determination and recording of accurate details on all INCOMING queries and problems; - Collaborate with services supplier (UK telecom company) in order to solve; - Use properly the office APPLICATIONS and register customer REQUIREMENTS; - Provide information to customers about the range of services offered by the company; - Participate in training sessions to improve performance.

Cerinte

Requirements: - Excellent command of English Language (able to understand native Speaker); - Advanced PC knowledge – mainly online APPLICATIONS; - Experience in a similar POSITION (Call Center, Customer Representative, etc) is an advantage; - Very good communication skills.
