Responsibilities * Handle Customer Portfolio for customers in Germany (approx. 170 customer accounts) * Sent Statements / Reminders * Call customers * Solve Disputes * Escalate disputes to Customer Service and/or Sales * Sent missing invoice copies * Update Get Paid with contact information/payment promises/disputes * Propose stop dates and prepare stop lists for the meetings with the Coordinator
Requirements * College/University degree * Preferably 1+ year experience in a finance role * Languages: German * PC skills: MSOffice, ERP system .
