Monitors the customer satisfaction and assure it at a top level Assures the complaint management (WEB 8D), including the field Protect the Customer first Assures the systematical use of problem solving tools (RCA / QRQC / …) Assures or supports that TOP Quality issues & Quality Alerts are raised according to the working instructions Assures that Lessons Learned are raised for each recurring complaint Assures the APQP follow up supervision for the new projects and for the transfer of projects Assures the deployment of the key characteristics for serial production Assures the management of the change in terms of quality for serial production (including continuous improvement)


Technical University Specialization as an auditor in quality and training courses in quality Minimum 5 years of experience in the field (quality management of the projects would be preferred) Advanced knowledge of PC (MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP) Advanced knowledge of English or/and German Driving license (category B) Capacity of expression, relationships Leadership ability
