Due to the expansion of our services we seek to recruit a high calibre individual for the Retention Agent position who can add value to the Company. Company Location Limassol, Cyprus Duration Full-time Job Description The Romanian Speaking Retention Agent, will be responsible for: • Managing on-going professional business relationship with clients via phone, chat and emails; • Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends; • Providing training to clients on the use of the Company’s products (including webinars); • Maintaining high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation; • Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication; • Assisting clients with any platform/financial trading related queries; • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly retention targets set by the Head of Sales; • Supporting Account Managers to maximize the potential of new accounts • Demonstrating the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, building trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity; • Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet Company’s core values; • Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients; • Responsible for the highest level of service in every touch point with the client. Key Attributes • Relevant experience in client retention in the Binary Options or/ and Forex Industry • BA/MSc degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management • Highly competitive nature, with a desire for fast career progression • Money driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated with strong sales skills • Self-confidence and hunger for success • Customer support oriented • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills • Flexibility to work shifts/longer hours as and when required • Deliver exceptional results and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment • Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a highly professional manner • Fluent both written and orally in Romanian and knowledge of English language
