Customer Support Specialist Native Recruitment GmbH is a Berlin-based German Recruitment and Consulting Agency. The objective of our work is the creation of value for candidates and clients and in order to do this, we strive to meet the expectations of both of them. For one of our clients we are offering an attractive, permanent customer support position in Aachen, Germany. Main responsibilities: Support and competent consultancy of company’s customers (local or international ones) Communication with clients by telephone and e-mails Support and assistance of clients in the process of implementation of online-seminar room application Maintenance and expansion of customer contacts
