Customer support Analyst: To be able to handle an assigned number of customers process the incoming orders organize deliveries based on the customer demand­­quantity and delivery date invoicing the customer for the goods delivered keep the daily contact with the customers announcing production of the last minute changes matching the invoices with the delivery notes and CMRs preparing reports for the Logistics Manager keeping track of the evolution of the new projects with Engineering and Quality Analist servicii clienti: Responsabil de un numar stabilit de clienti procesarea comenzilor noi organizarea comenzilor pe baza cerintelor clientilor­­cantitativ si la data ceruta facturarea clientilor pt bunurile trimise mentinerea contactului zilnic cu clientii (mail, telefon) anuntarea productiei de ultimele schimbari in comenzi anexarea facturilor la avizul de expeditie si CMRs pregatirea rapoartelor cerute de Managerul Logistica tinerea sub control a proiectelor noi impreuna cu colegii de la calitate si inginerie

Cerinte

Qualifications At least 1 year experience in a similar position. Knowledge of an MPR system. Good knowledge of English. Good knowledge of Ms. Office. Organized, results orientated, positive thinking and proactive. Accustomed working with deadlines.
