-Minimum medium (B2) language level (speaking and writing) for French and English -Availability to work on a full time / part time schedule, Monday - Saturday, 9:00 - 21:00 -Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems -Ability to understand and properly categorize the problem detected by the customer -Ability to adapt to change -Ability to analyse a problem and provide viable solutions -Efficient use of resources for the effective exercise of the activity -Attention to detail -Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of web-based applications and technologies used in that area
