Job description: ­Communication towards customer for logistics in series and pre­series ­Working interactive with the customer portals ­Interfaces with Production to plan and prioritize customer disposition activities. ­Reviews planned orders,and manage approval process. ­Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to customers. ­Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs. ­Decision about parameters with influences on stock ­Edit define of data within SAP ­Create delivery sheets ­Manage wrong deliveries ­Resolving reception and invoice discrepancies. ­Handling of logistics complaints and logistics 8D reports ­Track delivery performance ­Change management for logistics ­Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies and improvements


Qualifications Job Requirements: •University Degree •Minimum 3 years work experience •MS Office knowledge •Good English/Italian knowledge (spoken and written)
