Description Develop and manage suppliers to support RTR sales and manufacturing activities. Provide technical and sourcing expertise for the qualification and development of suppliers. Control costs through development of a cost effective, efficient, high quality, lean supply chain. Reduce lead times and implement supplier pull systems to improve agility and customer service levels. Drive improved cash flow via inventory reductions and payment term improvements. Develop long term agreements, leveraging worldwide volumes where possible. Execute supply base improvement initiatives. Purchase necessary equipment and materials based on the requests from other RTR departments. Responsibilities · Provide data analysis expertise and reporting using Excel, Tableau, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (2008 onwards). · Identify the needs of the end user (the people providing and accessing the data) and set up reports to meet the data needs of the user · Assist with the transfer of existing data into new and more efficient database systems – e.g. RRS, Oracle · Focus on solutions, dive into projects, quickly identify drivers in the data · Identify relevant trends, do follow-up analysis, prepare visualizations · Work with business users/managers, interpret requirements and convert these into productive, practical and robust data reports/applications. · Document and work to standards for report development. · Test and deliver requirements in a timely manner. · Manage own time and communicate clear, effective plans for delivering agreed reports/ applications. · Contribute to and support Rosemount activities as and when required, particularly in the areas of ad hoc reports, data analysis and data decision making from the information systems. · Develop knowledge of Rosemount/Europe Business Applications and Rosemount products to be productive in delivering reports and data analysis. · Acquire expert applications knowledge of the business unit’s sales productivity tools. · Demonstrate and apply skills as a team player, be self-motivated and low maintenance. · Provide support for the various Rosemount SharePoint sites in Europe. · Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality for Rosemount EMEA and CIS · Perform data reconciliations to identify data anomalies · Train staff and business as necessary on data operational activities · Conducts audit data on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and quality · Working with business staff, IT and other groups, design and develop the distribution processes that will be deployed in Oracle across Europe, ensuring it meets with both current and future business requirements


Requirements · Degree in Computer Science /IT/Engineering/Mathematics/ Business Administration, Economics or Financials – other related subject. · Very strong Microsoft Excel knowledge · Skilled in Microsoft Office · Any of the following skills represent a plus: SQL knowledge (significant plus), Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder, Power BI · Languages: English – advanced level · Drive for results, analytical excellence and structured thinking · Ethics/Integrity · Organizing skills · Willingness to learn new BI technologies
