BASIC RESPONSIBILITES This candidate will be responsible for the designing services for Emerson’s Workforce Productivity solutions with focus on scale, capacity, availability and performance management for global services. Provide support and escalation point for all operation and division related request or problems. This resource will also be participating in projects delivering new services or enhanced capabilities in existing services globally. • Maintain a holistic view of all client management solutions and advise on service roadmaps • Maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of developments in IT Client Management Infrastructure and processes and make appropriate recommendations • Provide technical consultancy and project resource to other Technical groups • Play a coordinating and leading role in the development of Client strategy and initiatives within the various IT groups • Be a proactive actor in planning the implementation and support of Client management projects, via correct transition to Implementation team, for identified technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company’s IT Infrastructure. • Provide correct as built precise documentation and indications on best condition of operation of the designed solutions, to ease transition to operations • Actively participate in key Emerson global projects when necessary • Promote and aid the delivery of a stable, secure and legitimate IT environment • Can act as a backup of other Design, or Implementation team members if and when needed • Establish Service Level Agreements and performance measurement criteria with relevant business leaders • Define, promote and communicate company standards and good working practices in his area of responsibility, and is responsible for overall compliancy programs progress. • Play an active role in partnership with other Divisions or Corporate Client technologies specialists to help defining global Client solutions for the future. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Knowledge of Microsoft end user compute solutions and roadmaps • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products and architecture • Knowledge of application lifecycle management • Knowledge of virtualization and remote application delivery technologies • Knowledge of Information Security and current threat landscape • PowerShell and scripting experience • Knowledge of data acquisition and analysis • Knowledge of ITIL framework • Ability to design and deliver enterprise grade services globally • knowledge of voice, video, and telephony technologies • Some knowledge of legal and data protection laws in European region • Meticulous documentation and process creation ability • Support and improve Emerson’s Workforce Productivity services • Works with other Enterprise IT groups and Emerson users to design for the enterprise and identifies major areas of development. • Coordinate with the Global Communication and Information Security & Infrastructure and Operations to design solutions that integrate with established services • Act as a technical consultant to the enterprise and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products. Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap. • Can research and create position papers to articulate the value of potential disruptive technologies that could benefit Emerson • Participates in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade the infrastructure, such as evaluation of new software and hardware required to meet a business need or to make a process more cost effective. • Assist with the development, formulation, and measurement of Corporate IT Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics for Information Security Services. • Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of technology specific standards, policies and procedures supporting Information Security Services

Candidatul ideal EDUCATION/LANGUAGE • BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Technology or related area, may be substituted with years of experience in field. • Fluent in English EXPERIENCE/SKILLS • 4-8 years of experience of related experience • Business and Leadership skills needed: o Must have exceptional customer service orientation and written and verbal communication skills. o Experience with industry standard project management and support processes and best practices desired. Project planning and management skills, including ability to identify and assess risk to determine action. o Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills. o Experience in effectively communicating with a broad base of end users and management. o Ability to anticipate user requirements and identify and resolve complex problems; strong customer service and communication skills. o Good judgment and analytical skills; strong follow-up and organization skills. o Strong sense of accountability and mission
