Job Description Crossover is looking to fuel their growth through sophisticated inbound marketing. The Director of Inbound Marketing will lead this activity and be responsible for increasing leads and lead conversion on Crossover.com The Director of Inbound Marketing is a senior leader in the organization reporting to the CEO. This role requires keen strategic product/market insight, a growth hacker’s entrepreneurial zeal, the ability to build an organization for predictability and scale. The Director of Inbound Marketing is a sales leader at heart but couples those sales chops with a deep understanding of digital demand generation and the strategic thinking skills required to develop the inbound marketing machine. Specific areas the Director of Inbound Marketing will be responsible for building & operating will include: Building a full inbound marketing engine across several companies/products Optimizing and delivering SEO, PPC and social media campaigns Utilizing Hubspot to create campaigns & optimize lead generation Website revamp to optimize for conversion Working with agencies on content development for inbound marketing

Qualifications and Key Selection Criteria Core skills and capabilities Experience building full inbound marketing engines from scratch Deep expertise on inbound marketing with a track record of success 8+ years experience in inbound marketing leadership Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Hubspot’s tools SEO, PPC and social media ad campaign experience Analytical and data-driven approach to solving business problems Behavioral characteristics Impeccable customer focus and professionalism Clever, original and inventive -- with a passion for using experimentation and learning to create competitive advantage A long-term thinker capable of building for simplicity, scale, and repeatability Highly motivated, high energy, “must-win” approach with an edgy, direct style Compensation is $100/hr or $200k/year for a 40 hour productive week Location: Global (remote)
