DRIVING INFINITE POSSIBILITIES WITHIN A DIVERSIFIED, GLOBAL ORGANIZATION EMEA Aftermarket SIOP Leader You will be responsible for driving Sales Inventory and Operation Planning process and analytics for the EMEA region at Distribution Center level, taking into account EMEA demand planning inputs and establishing supply plans from all sources to EMEA Distribution Center. Responsibilities: Monthly/weekly supply plan, safety stock planning and inventory management (Excess & Obsolete), product portfolio management (coordination of New Products Introduction for the EMEA market along with each plants, identification of part numbers to phase out, identification of super sessions), primary contact point for warranty escalation; Leading the ​Sales Inventory Operations Plan​ process for EMEA by collecting demand on monthly / weekly basis, running supply plan at Distribution Center , identify gaps vs AOP and propose action plan; Ensure close relationships between functions involved in the ​Sales Inventory Operations Plan​ process ensuring the process delivers agreed upon long term plans with gaps, workable volume forecasts, scenarios are completed and issues properly escalated; Coordinate New Products Introduction implementation at EMEA level with different sites to ensure on time start of production and inventory policy attainment. Identify products to phase out ensure they are obsoleted, removed from catalog; Implement new processes related to SAP new entity set up, Key Performance Measures: On Time To Request and Line Fill rate, Inventory financial target, DOS(days of stock) aftermarket Cycle time EMEA aftermarket; ​Sales Inventory Operations Plan​/Cycle Time maturity and effectiveness.

YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor degree - preferably technical profile WE VALUE Minimum BS degree (Economics, Supply Chain) Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain in a specialist or managerial role, with a focus on Demand Planning / Sales and Operations Planning Demonstrated process improvement role/actions The candidate must have demonstrated experience in progressively more responsible and challenging roles This role requires very well developed communication skills at all levels within and outside of the organization. Analytical and decision making skills are necessary for this role as well as demonstrated skills in operations management. This role requires a lot of influencing skills through the organization. Although the role is orientated toward process improvement, the candidate should be 'operationally' minded and ensure/support the actual implementation of those improvements Strong motivation skills and drive for continuous improvement. Six Sigma Green Belt certification and good knowledge on Lean principles is a plus A certification is APICS is recommended but not imperative. Ability to work in virtual teams Experience in multicultural environment at ease in matrix organization
