In this role you are tasked with developing managed services and outsourcing business in the European in a given territory and or Global Account. You will report to the Head of Global Business Development for Managed Services. This role is highly focused on new business development, you will retire a new business orders quota. You will build up and maintain direct relationships with all relevant customer teams educating and evangelizing the Managed Services value proposition. Your will be in charge of canvassing the market for opportunities, understanding the business drivers and commercial environments at key customers and developing proactive managed services solutions to solve customer problem statements. Solutions are focused on TCO reduction, improving operational efficiencies, transforming legacy networks and building and operating ALU technology. You will also act as Client Partner leading the overall commercial development and negotiations on large outsourcing opportunities.
MUST HAVE : PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SELLING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGAINST A QUOTA! 5-10 years relevant IT/Telco experience in a sales or business development role Business Degree Abilities Post-graduate business qualification or equivalent is a plus Business Case Modeling Level Selling Strategic sales planning and buying center analysis Contract Negotiation Broad commercial knowledge with sound business acumen and decision making Ability / willingness to consider and develop innovative ways to meet the needs of our customers Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to work on complex topics with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to develop and quickly grasp new and innovative concepts, and turn these into concrete, practical, propositions High level of ability to balance conflicting needs of differing parties and to arrive at an appropriate consensus Great team player with strong relationship building skills with key people in the business to develop excellent collaboration and exchange of information
